Are your supplements third-party tested?

Every batch is tested by an ISO 17025-accredited lab for identity, potency, and contaminants (heavy metals, microbes, solvents). We publish the certificate of analysis on request — email hello@purealchemy.co with the lot number from your bottle.

How long does shipping take?

Standard U.S. shipping takes 2–5 business days. Orders over $50 ship free. International shipping is planned for 2026.

What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@arrant.enterprises with your order number to request an RMA. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Refunds process to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt. We don't offer a satisfaction guarantee on opened supplements.

Do I need to refrigerate my supplements?

Only our probiotics require refrigeration after opening — this is noted on the bottle. Everything else is shelf-stable in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Are your products vegan?

Accepted Answer

Most are — every product page notes whether the capsule shell is plant cellulose (vegan) or bovine gelatin. Our collagen and fish oil are the two exceptions and are marked accordingly.

Can I take multiple supplements together?

For most people, yes — our formulas are designed to pair. That said, if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition, talk to your doctor first. We are not a substitute for medical advice.

How do I know what dose to take?

Every product's Supplement Facts panel lists the serving size and dose. Start at the labeled dose. If you have specific health goals, a functional-medicine practitioner can help you personalize.
