Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Standard shipping across Pakistan is 2–4 business days. Orders over Rs 3,000 ship free; below that, flat Rs 250. Orders placed before 2pm PKT ship the same day.

Order tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order shipping. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder or write to hello@purealchemy.co with your order number.

Returns — 100-day guarantee

If a product isn't working for you, return it within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. It's fine if the bottle is opened — we understand you have to try it. Email us and we'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds process to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll replace it at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.

International

We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is planned for 2026.
